Our mission

We believe in the importance of people

Right person, right seat is not a slogan. It is a measurable decision — and we built the instrument that measures it.

What makes our promise possible

Putting data and science to work for human understanding

The Talensight Personality Questionnaire (T-PQ) was designed and developed with the contribution of several work psychologists, drawing on a range of complementary sources: the scientific literature on personality at work, thousands of real behaviours observed in organizational settings, and interviews with experts in the field. The T-PQ has been through rigorous statistical analysis and validated with more than 1,000 respondents to establish its reliability and validity.

That work lets us offer our clients a psychometric instrument, in French or English, that assesses 39 distinct personality traits, grounded in a pioneering theory of personality (HEXACO).

What guides us

Our four values

The way we work shows in every action and every outcome.

Rigour

The reliability and validity of our recommendations come first

Every trait we measure, every report we deliver, and every recommendation we make rests on solid data. Nothing is left to chance.

The science

Integrity

We say what the data reveals

Our findings sometimes run against what you were hoping for. We deliver them as they are, because a fair reading is only worth something if it is honest.

Commitment

We are with you at every step of your decisions

Behind every people decision, there is a person to support you. You are never left alone with what the data reveals.

Enjoyment

Serious work can be done with a smile

A team that loves what it does delivers better results. That is the energy we bring to every interaction.

A thought from our founder

We do not see people as they are, we see them as we wish to see them.

Before founding Talensight, I spent years watching how badly people misread others, and sometimes themselves. A capable candidate turned down because he did not perform in the interview. A colleague judged weak while carrying a load nobody saw. A promotion handed to someone for the wrong reasons.

It is almost never a matter of bad faith. People judge with what they have on hand: an impression, a feeling, a first meeting. And that reading, however sincere, is wrong more often than we care to admit.

The problem is that everyone pays the price. Rejecting the right candidate costs as much as keeping the wrong one. A talent misread withdraws, a team misunderstood underperforms, and an entire organization inherits a decision made on shaky ground.
